Frank Pelzer

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Frank Pelzer is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of F5 Networks. He oversees F5's worldwide financial planning, analysis, accounting, reporting, and internal auditing procedures, as well as investor relations.

Pelzer joined F5 in 2018 from SAP, where he was President and Chief Operating Officer of the Cloud Business Group, responsible for the execution of strategy and operations of the company's Software as a Service (SaaS) portfolio including Concur, Ariba, Fieldglass, SuccessFactors, and Hybris. Prior to that, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Concur Technologies, before it was acquired by SAP in 2014. Pelzer has also held senior leadership positions at Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse Group.

Pelzer serves on the board of directors for Freshworks Inc.

He holds a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
